In Elvish pronunciation, where an 'f' appears at the end of a word, it is pronounced 'voiced' (that is, as a v sound rather than an f). Fladrif is, in fact, one of only two canonical Elvish names where this rule applies, with the other being Nindalf. Other names ending in 'f' come from other source languages (for example, Standelf, Felaróf or, notably, Gandalf) and this v rule does not apply.
