Haldir's date of birth is not given in any canonical source, but it does appear on the genealogical table of the Haladin given in volume XI of The History of Middle-earth.

Haldir's younger brother Hundar isn't mentioned in the published Silmarillion, but he does appear on the same genealogical chart mentioned in Note 1.
