A name for Kingdom of Arda, the world, as seen within the vast spaces of from the perspective of the Ainur in the Timeless Halls beyond. The name is particularly associated with the warrior Vala known as Tulkas, who looked on the Little Kingdom and saw the struggles of the other Valar against Melkor in the First War of the earliest ages of the world. Tulkas chose to enter the Little Kingdom and aid the other Valar, and his coming swung the balance of the War against Melkor.
